London School of Economics and Political Science
Masters Degree

Study in: UK
Course starts September 2020

Brief description:

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is offering LSE Master’s Awards (LMAs) to taught Masters students. LSE Master’s Awards are meant to help those students who have been offered a Masters degree place in LSE, but whose financial need is too great for funding under the LSEs Graduate Support Scheme – the primary scheme for taught Masters, which is designed to supplement other funding secured by a candidate (by way of savings, loans and external scholarships). Hence a fund is set aside every year to provide a small number of LSE Master’s Awards for those candidates who are not eligible for other available scholarships. LMAs are also sometimes used to supplement scholarships where the funds are not sufficient to meet the shortfall of the eligible candidate.
